Welcome to PropertyLogic

PropertyLogic is a new state of the art software system that allows your property management team to communicate and collaborate with tenants, property service providers, and anyone else that is interested in the property.

About Baltimore

Located by Chesapeake Bay, Baltimore is a waterfront city offering cultural and economic diversity. It also has plenty of history—it is the birthplace of Babe Ruth, the final resting spot of Edgar Allen Poe, and the city where the “Star Spangled Banner” was written.

Often referred to as “Charm City,” Baltimore has several inviting regions. Downtown’s Inner Harbor offers the National Aquarium, the Maryland Science Center, and water taxi rides to Fort McHenry. Mount Vernon is the city’s cultural hub, featuring art, music, dining and history. Little Italy has the genuine feel of its European namesake. Parking Request - June 6, 2008

3 Things to Remember When Placing a Parking Request

1. In the subject line please include the name of your guest and your company name or initials.

2. All requests much be placed by 4:00 PM each day to be on the list for the next day.

3. All last minute requests should be called in to the management office only.


Visitor Parking Request

We are very happy to announce our newest addition to the One Charles Center website! Beginning March 24, 2008 the One Charles Center website will have the capability to accept parking request for all tenants in the building. This new feature will improve the entire process of receiving and keeping track of all parking requests.

To ensure the success of this new feature we ask that you use the website for all future-parking request.  Last minute request for parking can continue to be called into the management office to check for availability. Also, please remember that each tenant is limited to only 3 spaces at one given time to ensure that everyone has space for their guest.

The parking request administrators will be the same person that enters your work order request. This will stay the same to limit any confusion or duplicate parking requests.

The parking request feature is located on the front page of the website under User Features in the Amenity Reservation section. Adding a new parking request is a very simple task but just in case you get lost I have attached a step-by-step manual for your reference in the document management section of the website. If anyone needs any additional help, I am always available to walk you through the process.

Temperature Control

Sometimes it can be difficult in the Fall to maintain a constant temperature in the building when both the heating and cooling systems need to be used. Therefore here are a few helpful pointers to go along with the changes that are made by our engineering staff.

  • Dress for inside office conditions, not outside weather conditions
  • Use office window blinds, opened at at 45 degree angle throughout the day to deflect the heat from the sunshine.  Closing the blinds will absorb the heat.
  • If you have dual a thermostat unit, be sure that you set it to the proper temperature. For example: If you want to achieve a 70*F temperature in your office, you should set both the cooling and heating sides to 70*F. This will ensure that in the event we have to turn off the heat and turn on the cooling, you office will remain at the same temperature.
  • Reminder: We try to keep the building temperature set in a range that is comfortable for everyone. That range is between 68*F and 74*F. Which is BOMA standard.
  • Our building runs on a water chilled cooling system, and a steam system that can only provide a few degrees difference. within that range.
